Crown Beds UK — Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We aim to make cancellations, returns and refunds straightforward. Please review the details below and contact us if you need help with your order.
1) Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours.
- If your order has already been dispatched, a £30 handling fee will apply to any cancellation.
2) Returns (Unwanted, Incorrect or Damaged Items)
You may return items within 10 days of receiving your order (from the delivery date or tracking confirmation) where any of the following apply:
- Wrong item received
- Item arrived damaged or packaging was damaged
- Item has a defect
- Delivery took longer than expected
- Courier required payment prior to inspecting goods
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original, undamaged packaging.
- Item must be undamaged and unused.
- Pack securely—ideally using the original protective carton box.
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
3) Refunds & Return Logistics
- We can arrange a collection, subject to a £49.99 charge.
- You may use your own courier, but please inform us in advance. We do not accept liability for loss or damage during a third-party return shipment.
- Once the returned item is received in original condition, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
4) Damages or Missing Parts
If your delivery arrives damaged or with missing contents, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive it) and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
