• Quality checks (2–3 working days)
• Courier booking & dispatch (1–2 working days)

Yes. Our couriers typically provide 24–48 hours’ notice of the delivery window.

You can request a return within 10 days of delivery (based on delivery date or tracking). Returns are accepted for the following:

• Wrong item received
• Item arrived damaged / packaging damaged
• Manufacturing defect
• Delivery exceeded expected timeframe
• Courier required payment before inspection

All returns must be in the original, undamaged packaging and securely repacked (ideally in the original carton).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
