Return and Canellation Policy

Returns Policy

You may return unworn items within 10 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date or tracking number).

Before sending anything back, you must email us first. Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or with damaged packaging

  • The item has a defect

  • The delivery took longer than expected

  • The courier required payment before allowing inspection of the goods

All returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Undamaged and unworn

  • Securely packed (ideally in the same protective carton box used for the original delivery)

We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.


Order Cancellations

We aim to offer flexible service, but most orders are dispatched within 72 hours.

To cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible.
If we don’t hear from you within 72 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, a £30 handling fee will apply for any cancellation.
