Delivery Guide

Please read the full information below prior to placing the order.

1. Customer places the order
2. Order is dispatched to our in-house manufacturers (within 24 hours)
3. Once the item is ready, it goes through various quality checks
4. Delivery is booked with a courier, and a tracking number is provided

We use private couriers for some of our items. If this applies, customers will receive a phone call or text message from our dedicated delivery team 24-48 hours prior to confirm delivery.

The driver will call at least 30 minutes before delivery to ensure you are at home.

Cancelling an order

We strive to provide the best customer service and accommodate cancellations when possible. Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched. Since most orders are dispatched within 72 hours, please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched, a £30 handling charge will be applicable.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
